Ian Philpott is a qualified Rope access technician and industry Assessor and holds NZQA unit Standard 19359 (Inspect and maintain industrial rope access equipment) as well as a raft of other Industry Related Standards, Diplomas and national certs. NZQA Unit Standard 19359 is the minimum standard to which any of our staff are trained.
