Tags are colour coded and the next inspection due date is written on the tag so that each item is instantly identifiable as to whether it is within the current inspection period or requires checking.

Each individual piece of safety equipment has its own report Identifying Pass / Fail or on watch.
All failing pieces of equipment will be tagged out removed from service and the reasons clearly identified.
